**POWERLIFING & WEIGHTLIFTING UPDATE - THERE WILL BE NO WALK-ONS FOR BOTH POWERLIFTING & WEIGHTLIFTING FOR THE 2013 SGA COMPETITIONS**

Schedule: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Information will be updated on the Keystone Games website as well as on www.mckennasgym.com and at the McKenna's Gym facebook page.
Fees: $50 for entry, $25 for ages 20 and under.
Sessions:
- Novice Male (two or fewer competitions) and all Youth Male Lifters (17-under)
Weigh-in 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m. Competition 8:30 a.m.
- All Men 56, 63, 69, 77 kg classes - Weigh-in 8:30 a.m. - Competition 9:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m.
- Novice Women (2 or fewer competitions), all weight classes and All Women 48, 53, 58 kg weight classes – Weigh-in 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. – Competition 12:30 p.m.
- All Men, 85 and 94kg Weight Classes – Weigh-in 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. – Competition - 2:30 p.m.
- All Women and Girls, 63, 69, 75, 75+ kg – Weigh-in 2:30-3:30 p.m. – Competition - 4:30 p.m.
- All Men, 105-105+ - Weigh-in 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. – Competition - 6:30 p.m.
Weight Classes:
- Women: 48, 53, 58, 63, 69, 75, 75+
- Men: 56, 62, 69, 77, 85, 94, 105, 105+
- Youth Boys: 35, 39, 44, 50 plus all the above classes for men
- Youth Girls: 35, 39, 44 plus the above women's classes

Registration will be accepted the day of the meet; However, if we receive 100 entries online, registration will be closed. Entry forms for walk-on athletes will be available during the weigh-in time
You must be a member of USA Weightlfiting in order to compete. You will be able to buy USA Weightlifting Membership the day of the meet.
The USA Weightlifting Uniform rules will be in effect. The rules are quite liberal now; please be sure you're familiar with them.
ELIGIBILITY:
An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Eligible athletes for annual Keystone State Summer Games or SGA Qualified Athletes
- A full-time Student at a recognized academic institution in any of the above states
- All ages are as of July 30, 2013
AWARDS
- Medals are awarded to the top three athletes in each division.
SEATING FOR FARM SHOW COMPLEX SPORTS
Seating at the Farm Show Complex for the following sports: fencing, judo, karate, wrestling, wrestling duals, powerlifting, weightlifting, and taekwondo is extremely limited. Small folding chairs will be allowed into the venue. All spectators are encouraged to bring a small folding chair. Oversized chairs and lawn chairs will not be permitted.
