ENTRY DEADLINE UPDATE: REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR THE 2013 SGA SWIM MEET

Swimming registration has approached a maximum limit of participants. Registration is closed. It is our goal to provide a quality run event and therefore must make this registration deadline change - Please DO NOT register for a different sport (Masters Swimming & Synchronized Swimming) in an effort to enter the swim meet - the athlete will NOT be allowed to participate and you will not receive a refund until after the conclusion of the 2013 SGA Event with a processing penalty. 2013 SGA Swimming Coaches Credentials

Please complete the following form to register as a coach for the 2013 SGA Swimming Championship. The cost of the coaches credentials is $20.00 and will be collected during registration at the pool. Coaches that register will receive a credentials pass that will give them access to be on the deck, SGA all-event sports pass, access to the hospitality area, swim program, and goodie bag.

Events for Saturday August 3 may be added pending the number of registered athletes for swimming. This decision to the schedule will be finalized by the beginning of July

ELIGIBILITY:

• An athlete must meet ONE of the following criteria:
  - Eligible athletes for annual Keystone State Summer Games or SGA Qualified Athletes
  - A full-time Student at a recognized academic institution in any of the above states
• Age divisions are by the day of the Event

RULES:

• Swimmers may compete in only one division and in a maximum of five (5) individual events, with maximum of 4 events on one day
• Finals will be a timed meet. 
• Finals will follow PIAA rules with some modifications. 

FORMAT:

• There is no qualifier for Swimming

FEES:

• Fee Online - $45

AWARDS
- Awards will be given in individual events for 1st thru 8th place
- Relays will be deck seeded and will be medal award events. 
- Official State Games of America Souvenir T-shirt are available online

HY TEK ENTRY INFORMATION:
Individuals and teams with access to HyTek programs are encouraged to submit their entries electronically. Directions and email contacts for this will be provided to KSG credentialed coaches upon receipt of their registration materials and to all athletes and coaches by request to the Sport Leader.  Fully paid KSG Registrations and Release forms must be included along with electronic time and event entries for all participating athletes by the published KSG entry deadline. 

Swimmers without access to Hy-Tek programs may still register by using the KSG on-line or mail-in forms  to submit their times and events.  For questions or more information, please contact Brenda Binns at 570-366-2281 (BBinns1@msn.com.).
