Join us to Kick-Off the 2015 Keystone State Games Festival of Sports in York by Celebrating the life of Owen J. Costello - Keystone State Games, Inc. CEO for 32 years from 1983 - 2015 with a great day of golf at Springwood Golf Course.
Owen Costello represented many things to many people, among them a beloved family man, dedicated worker and avowed community steward who gave his heart and time to enhance the quality of life of his family and community.
Format: Captain and Crew
Registration: 11am-12pm
Shotgun Start at 12:00pm
Lunch and Awards Ceremony at the completion of golf.
Cost - $100 per golfer ($400 per foursome) Registration includes, green fees, cart, registration gift, lunch and refreshments and chances to win a variety of prizes - all procedes go to support the Non-Profit organization that Owen spent 32 years building to become PA's Largest Amateur Sports Festival - the Keystone State Games Festival of Sports!

Cancellation Policy: If the competition is held, as scheduled or rescheduled, there is no refund of the registration/finals fee. The option is the individual’s or team’s as to whether to compete or not. If the competition is cancelled, and not rescheduled, and there is no opportunity for the individual or team to compete, then there may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
This policy is for all Keystone State Games and Premier Amateur Sports sporting events. Any person who wishes to apply for a refund must complete the following link below - refund considerations may require additional paperwork and will be reviewed after the completion of the competition.
