ELGIBILITY: ALL teams MUST have a current member pass of US Youth Soccer or other approved organization of which the team is a member. Teams eligible for competition are the following: club, premier, league, inter and intra-tournament and competitive travel teams who meet the age limit of the specified division according to the US Soccer Guidelines. Players may participate only on one team.
PLEASE NOTE: The only acceptable proof of age will be a valid USSF, State, National or Provincial registration card of the player. Each team must have player passes, medical release forms, and one original and one copy of state approval/stamped roster with numbers for each player, and permission to travel forms if applicable. 5 guest players will be allowed with a maximum roster of 18. In addition, US Soccer rules, regarding the use of US Soccer registered referees ONLY will be followed.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: JULY 15, 2013
FEES: $450.00 per team (All Divisions) for online registration with multi-team discounts available. If registering 3-5 teams use the Coupon Code MultipleTeams for a $50 discount – 6 or more teams use the Coupon Code SixTeams for a $100 discount – (Discount available for online registration only)
$500.00 per team for mail-in registration
