Dear Medical Volunteer,
The 2013 Keystone State Summer Games will be held in Dauphin County as part of the State Games of America National Championship. Keystone State Games, Inc., staff, directors, and athletes are excited about hosting the "State Games of America" July 31 - August 4, 2013. This is the first time State Games of America will be held in the East Coast. We are now seeking qualified volunteers to serve on our Medical Staff for the events. We anticipate over 8,000 athletes to compete throughout the week in the State Games of America.
This year’s competition will be held Wednesday July 31st through Sunday August 4th and will utilize over 30 venues accommodating 32 sports. The major sport components of the Games are held Thursday through Sunday and it’s this timeframe which necessitates as much help as possible.
The CME educational program is being planned for Friday, August 2, 2013 at 6:00 pm. All KSG Medical Staff will be admitted at no charge. The program details will be announced to all registered Medical Staff. Your participation in the Games is essential to the successful implementation of our program, and we kindly invite you to spend as much time with us during the week as possible.
As we have done in the past, the Games will provide you with housing at local hotels and meals, medical shirts, travel stipend, transportation to sites if needed, plenty of work, and the opportunity to meet and work with professionals in Sports Medicine. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with the athletes. You will be fully insured during your work with us. I have enclosed a preliminary schedule of events.

Please fill out the form in its entirety, and submit it to us by Wednesday, June 26, 2013. During the first week of July, you will receive another correspondence from us giving you final details and confirmation on your housing if this is required.
