 ELIGIBILTY: Female and Male players based on divisions described below

 LOCATION:   Wyoming Valley Sports Dome, 131 Bear Creek Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702

 TOURNAMENT FORMAT:   

• Four Game Round Robin guarantee
• Games 20 minutes in length, games every 25 minutes
• 7 players on the field -  2 attack, 2 defense, 2 middies, goalie
• The top point winner in the group will be named the champion.
• Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals for players that finish in top 3 team in each division
• Roster size is unlimited
• Roster due at check-in the day of the tournament – changes permitted up until start of first game
• All games played on artificial turf
• Certified official for every game

DIVISIONS: All divisions are for the current 2015-2016 school year.          

Boys Grades 5/6 - Youth                                      Girls Grades 5/6 - Youth
Boys Grades 7/8 – Junior High                           Girls Grades 7/8 – Junior High
JV Boys – Grades – 9-11                                     JV Girls - Grades – 9-11
High School Boys – Grades - 9-12                      High School Girls – Grades 9-12

Athletes MAY play in multiple divisions within the JV and High School divisions.  Athletes must be listed on roster before the start of the first game.  Director reserves the right to make changes to tournament and/or move a team to a different division, as needed

UNIFORMS:    Teams must supply their own like colored shirts with numbers and like colored shin guards.  (Alternate color would be recommended)  Turf Shoe (small, multi-studded) or flat shoes recommended.

FIELD SIZE:    WVSD is a temperature controlled air structure offering 76,000 sq. ft. spead amongst 3 separate fields, thus providing plenty of space for teams and spectators.

SURFACE:      artificial turf

AWARDS:       Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals

DEADLINE:   Monday January 4, 2016 or until divisions fill, entries accepted on a first-in basis

SCHEDULE:    Download tentative schedule (this is only if all divisions fill) A finalized schedule with team pool assignments will be sent to all team contacts and posted online by Saturday January 16, 2016

RULES:           US Lacrosse rules will govern the competition, with specific tournament modifications Coming Soon!

STANDINGS:  Standing for tournament play will be decided by the following:

• Points (W=3, T=1, L=0)
• Head to Head
• Goal Differential (max goal differential of (5) will be recorded for game results.
• Fewest Goals Allowed
• Most Goals Scored

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the competition is held, as scheduled or rescheduled, there is no refund of the registration fee. The option is the individual’s or team’s as to whether to compete or not. If the competition is cancelled, and not rescheduled, and there is no opportunity for the individual or team to compete, then there may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. This policy is for all Keystone State Games and Premier Amateur Sports sporting events.
