ELIGIBILITY: Open to all competitors, however to participate
in Keystone Games awards, must be current resident of PA.
CLASSES & CATEGORIES: The N.R.A. system will be used. If fewer than (5) entries in a class, competitors will be moved to their respective in the next higher class.
RULES: NRA conventional/precision rules
CLASSIFICATION: The N.R.A. classification system will be used for this tournament. Unclassified competitors will compete in the MASTER class.
START TIMES: 9:00AM Sunday 7/28
SQUADDING: Squadding will be on a first come basis

POST ENTRIES: Will be accepted up to the limit of the range, 28 positions
CHALLENGE FEE: A $2.00 challenge fee will be assessed. (Rule 16). A fee of $3.00 will be charged if the competitor wished to challenge the target of another competitor.
ENTRIES: Individual entries will close on Wednesday, preceding the match. (July 24, 2019)
AWARDS: Will consist of Keystone games Medals; 1st, 2nd, 3rd for Grand Agg

FOOD: will be available at clubhouse
ACCOMODATIONS: The range has 28 covered firing points. Camping facilities are available, with some electrical hookups available. Also there are numerous motels located with thirty minutes of the range.
DIRECTIONS: From interstate 81 Take exit 164 and follow Route 29 North 5 miles to Route 11 South. Follow Route 11 South 5 miles and turn Right at new traffic light (the old Hunlock's Creek Post Office on right). (If you pass the UGI power plant on the left, you went 400 yards too far) Travel 5.5 miles to Range Rd. (on right) Follow Range rd 0.9 miles and go through the gate, bear left through the gate to the clubhouse.
From Route 11 South Follow Route 11 through Shickshinny and look for UGI Power Plant on the right. Take next Left at new traffic light and travel 5.5 miles to Range Rd. (on right) Follow Range rd. 0.9 miles and go through the gate, bear left through the gate to the clubhouse.
Easy landmarks, look for Countryside Qwikmart and The Country Crab Saloon on the left, Range Rd. is second right, about 1/4 mile after Crab Saloon. SHOULD YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE CALL 570-256-7877 someone will be there from 5:00AM on.
Cancellation Policy:If the competition is held, as scheduled or rescheduled, there is no refund of the registration/finals fee. The option is the individual’s or team’s as to whether to compete or not. If the competition is cancelled, and not rescheduled, and there is no opportunity for the individual or team to compete, then there may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
This policy is for all Keystone State Games and Premier Amateur Sports sporting events. Refund considerations may require additional paperwork and will be reviewed after the completion of the competition. Refund inquires are to be emailed to: refund@ksgoffice.com
